An exciting opportunity has become available for a **Customer Service** **/ Admin all-rounder **to join our team, based in Shellharbour.

The role primarily involves various admin tasks including accounts receivable, invoicing, data entry, processing orders, converting enquiries into sales, and advising customers regarding product options and delivery time frames. At times the role will also involve picking and despatching orders, and ordering stock from suppliers.

Experience in a similar administration role is essential and previous experience in a wholesale distribution environment with knowledge of outgoing freight / shipping process would be highly regarded.

- Confidence to use your own initiative and make quick decisions
- Maintain composure in stressful situations

- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- **Excellent attention to detail is essential**
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong computer skills
- Experience with online freight booking portals is an advantage
- Experience with QuickBooks is also an advantage
- Must be capable of using a platform ladder to get stock off shelves

- Process and Dispatch orders
- Accurately create invoices
- Actively seek out new business opportunities
- Convert enquiries into sales
- Liaise with suppliers in a professional manner
- Smooth operation of the day to day business
- Occasionally Picking and Packing (this involves using a ladder and carrying cartons)
- Other duties as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00 per year
