**As an Executive Assistant...**

You’ll take on everything from managing a diary, arranging meetings and events to preparing presentations and organising travel. The pace and complexity of our business will mean that every hour could bring something new. And you’ll respond effectively every time.

**On the day to day you will..**
- Support our Hygiene Executive Team in the day-to-day running of the office
- Do diary management / meeting scheduling for the Hygiene exec team as required
- Prepare agendas and collate confidential material for executive meetings
- Take minutes in executive Meetings
- Schedule and co-ordinate team/business meetings, offsite as well as onsite
- Organise, book and manage business travel for executive team, their teams, hole leave and as required
- Manage other adhoc requests

**You’ll succeed if you**

you’ve proved that you can work and deliver at a senior level in a dynamic, international environment. You combine executive assistant experience with a proactive and adaptable approach, and there’s nothing you don’t know about Microsoft Office 365. You’re a natural multitasker, highly organised with the confidence to take ownership and make decisions when needed. And crucially, you’re also comfortable working quickly and reacting to change.
