**Join Our Team as an Admin/Operations Assistant**

**What You’ll Do**:

- **Data Entry Superhero** - Add new students to our internal system, keeping everything updated and organised.
- **Scheduling Guru** - Collaborate with parents, tutors, and students to create perfect schedules, ensuring no one misses a beat.
- **Parent Liaison Extraordinaire** - Build positive relationships with parents by keeping them in the loop and handling inquiries with care.
- **Ad Hoc Wizardry** - Prepare documents and support various tasks to keep the office running like a well-oiled machine.

- Tech-savvy - Familiarity with online systems (and a willingness to learn new tools) is a must
