Responsibilities of the role:
Provide a range of administrative support to team
Providing a high level of customer service for incoming calls
Production of documents, data entry, filing and database maintenance
Creating work orders/purchase orders
Goods Receipting
Receiving deliveries into workshop
Answering and directing incoming calls
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders
To be successful in this role you will have:
Excellent phone manner
Previous experience in administration / reception
Exceptional organisational and administrative skills
Proficient in use of Microsoft Excel
High attention to detail and data entry skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
