**Myndie Care** is a registered NDIS Service Provider in the Greater Sydney area. We are a young vibrant company and most of our participants are under 16.

We are looking for Casual Support Workers to provide supports to new and existing participants in Sydney over the full 7 days, from 6 am through to 10 pm. Shifts vary from 3 hours to 10 hours with most being 4 plus hours.

The support varies from community participation, through to complex care needs and everything in between. Employees don't necessarily need to be qualified although that is advantageous, we are mainly looking for enthusiastic reliable employees who care about others.

**Base Casual rate is $34.12 per hour plus superannuatio**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Flexible hours
- Rotating roster
- Shift work
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus
