**Purpose, Duties and Responsibilities**:
As Paire's operation team hires, you'll be at the forefront of start-up life, getting hands-on experience in building a global company. You'll set the pace, assisting in executing our business goals through business operations.

The Inventory Coordinator plays a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our inventory management across all locations. This position is responsible for ensuring that all locations, including our warehouse, headquarters, and retail stores, have optimal inventory levels to meet business needs. The role involves meticulous coordination, accurate stock counting, and timely reporting, alongside the responsibility of packing and dispatching wholesale orders.

**Responsibilities including**
- Provide regular stock reports, including packaging and fulfillment-related stationery. Arrange logistics across different locations, including all warehouses, headquarters, and retail stores, making sure the inventory level is stable. Implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
- Provide regular sales reports to assist the product team with production forecasts.
- Work closely with both local and international 3PL partners, build fulfilment SOP, monitor the performance of 3PL, improve the fulfilment process, maintain order fulfilment lead time under 48 hours, and maintain fulfilment mistakes under 1% of total orders.
- Work closely with all delivery partners (Easyship, Australian Post, DHL), build healthy relationships, and provide great last-mile delivery experience for Paire customers.
- Work closely with the wholesale agency and retailers, update inventory level with wholesale agency and stockists, and arrange B2B logistics.
- Lead headquarters showroom and warehouse operations, including stock count, and arranging shelves and displays. Act as the central point of contact for inventory-related queries and coordination between the warehouse, HQ, and retail stores. Ensure seamless inventory flow and address any discrepancies or issues promptly.
- Assist marketing team with any marketing and PR-related logistics, fulfilment and off-line events.
- Prepare and present any inventory-related recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data up to the executive level.
- You will need to have your own vehicle and be able to use it for short distance delivery

**Job Types**: Part-time, Internship

**Salary**: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 28 per week
