**The Role**

Are you a motivated all-rounder with a passion for keeping spaces clean, welcoming, and well-maintained? We’re looking for a **Guest Services Officer**to join our friendly team across our beautiful sites in **Williamstown, Mount Pleasant**and **Eden Valley.**

This is a varied position with a strong focus on:

- Customer Service - ensuring high quality guest experience for all Park users Cleaning (primary responsibility)
- Administrative tasks - computer literacy is essential
- Gardening - occasional outdoor work
- You’ll often work independently, so being energetic, friendly, reliable, and able to think on your feet is key.
- Hours & Flexibility Typical shifts: 9/10am - 5pm
- Some shorter cleaning-only shifts may be available
- Weekend work expected
- Wages based on Tourism Level II Award Loading applies

ESSENTIAL:

- First Aid Level 2
- Current CPR
- National Police Check clearance upon onboarding
- Working with Children's Check SA or equivalent (within the last 3 months)
