Belinda has spent **15+ years training DSW's, ENs & RNs** across Tas, SA, WA and QLD, making this the perfect environment for learning and growth.

**Paid Onboarding Program** - 6 weeks at **$33.64/hr** (casual)
**Pathway to Permanent** - Secure a 20 **hour part-time role** after onboarding
**Flexible Rostered Hours** - Work between **7am
- 11am & 9.30- 3:30 pm - 8:30 pm**
**Overnight Shifts Available** - **6.30pm to 7am 7 days a week (sleepover inactive)**
**Supportive & Professional Team** - Work alongside an **Allied Health team**

**About the Role**:
As a **Personal Care Assistant**, you’ll play a vital role in **high-level disability care**, assisting with:

- Hoisting, slings & two-person standing transfers
- Pressure care & maintaining documentation
- Personal care, showering & dressing Driving a wheelchair-accessible vehicle
- Domestic assistance, shopping & errands
- Supporting community access & allied health appointments
- Female only workers due to Trauma and PTSD
- **About You**:
This role is **ideal for mature DSW, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, or Physiotherapy students** OR **experienced High-Care Disability Support Workers** who are:

- **Confident & Calm Drivers** - Full, open **Australian Driver’s License** required
- **Great Communicators**:

- **Well-Presented & Professional**
- High level of **common sense & emotional intelligence Person-Centered & Flexible** - Support **Choice & Control** for people with disabilities **Experienced in High-Care Needs** - Quadriplegic Care or Muscular Dystrophy (MD) experience is a bonus

**Part-time 20 hours per week)**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $35.00 - $60.30 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
