Description

We require a new Duty Manager to join the team with Red Rock Venues at The Precinct Hotel.

Requirements include, but are not limited to:
Valid RSA.

Managing shifts as required.

Supervising Staff.

Opening and Closing Venue as required.

Cash handling as required.

Customer service.

Managing functions as required.
- At least 2-3 years management experience in a similar bar and restaurant environment.
- Experience in cash handling and end of shift procedures is essential.
- Effective at motivating staff to maintain a high standard of service in a positive manner.
- Must be hands on and self-motivated to lead by example.

Planning, supervising bar, restaurant, and functions.

Observing liquor, and other laws and regulations.

Customer satisfaction.

Accounting and purchasing duties.

Ensuring all compliance with OHS regulations.

Supervising security.

This is an exciting opportunity in the heart of the city at an established, high-volume venues.

Delivering exceptional customer service whilst maintaining a high standard of venue cleanliness when on shift.

(Salary range 70,000 to 80,000 plus super)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Public holidays
- Weekend availability

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
