Our client is a small-mid sized
**engineering consultancy** specialising in
**urban land development** and are recognised for providing excellent service to their clients across the
**Transport**,
**Infrastructure**,
**Urban Development** and Government sectors. They specialise in
**residential/industrial/commercial developments** and
**public infrastructure projects**, and have maintained excellent relationships in the industry, having secured repeat and new project wins.

An opportunity for a
**Site Superintendent** who possesses expertise in overseeing major civil development projects that involve urban infrastructure, including but not limited to roads, drainage, and earthworks. The role will involve monitoring project progress, resolving issues, ensuring contractors fulfill their contractual obligations to the satisfaction of the client. You will be the primary liaison between the project manager, contractors, and client, facilitating open communication and timely resolution of any concerns. As the on site superintendent you will be responsible for managing Extensions of Time, RFI's, payments of claims and contract management.

**minimum of 5-10 years local experience** working within the
**civil construction** sector and have a
**Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)** or equivalent qualification. You will have a proven track record overseeing multimillion-dollar civil infrastructure projects and demonstrate expertise in efficiently managing complex AS4000 contracts. It would be highly advantageous for you to have a strong understanding of local
**government** and
**service authority** construction
**standards**, specifications & delivery processes including Sydney Water and Endeavour Energy. Exceptional ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and build strong relationships are essential for the role.
