Family by Family is a home grown model, co-designed with families for families. Kids Coaches work to create a learning environment for children, promoting the principles of Family by Family and ensuring children are engaged in all aspects of the program and feel safe, connected and supported.
**_You need to:_**
- Hold a certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education & Care or equivalent or relevant experience.
- Enjoy working in a fun and dynamic environment with a large focus on learning and play
- Be creative, open minded, confident & imaginative
- Passionate about child education and contribution.
- Have a strong understanding of children as role models and circle of security
- Be able to laugh, sing, have fun, play, engage, and inspire early years children
