This role will assist our Home Lending Executives as they drive their business out in the market. You will be part of a successful and diverse team and be the key interface between our Home Lending Executives and our valued customers.

**In the Associate, Home Lending role you will**:

- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to our customers and the Home Loan Executives you support through being truly customer centric and customer obsessed.
- Attract and retain customers by understanding what drives business growth.
- Continue to build own your own capabilities by driving your own personal development.
- Reduce risk and build trust by protecting our customers, employees, and the Bank.
- Utilise your knowledge of the Home Loan process to support our customers and Home Loan Executives with any queries.
- Help customers to get set up digitally by educating them on our digital banking options.
- Ensure follow through with any promises of information as well as any known future needs.
- Work as part of a fast-paced and energetic team
