**ABOUT THE ROLE.**

As an Associate Director, you will be required to manage the Infrastructure projects team, assist the company in winning new work and establishing new relationships, whilst guiding the juniors of the company and facilitating growth.

**DUTIES.**

This position will include and not be limited to:

- Administration duties
- Manage a team of qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyors
- Client and stakeholder management
- Cost planning and estimating
- Networking and business development

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.**
- Strong local industry experience and market understanding
- Strong network base and industry contacts
- Relevant tertiary qualification to Construction Management
- AIQS and/or RICS accreditation
- Strong CostX and/or BuildSoft knowledge
- Data Centre project experience
