Receptionist - Pre-owned

As our new **Receptionist**, your role will be to coordinate and perform the day-to-day administration requirements for our Sales team from a front of house reception position within our Pre-Owned dealership in Burwood. Operating in a busy environment you will be using your brilliant multi-tasking skills to maintain a bright and bubbly face to visitors whilst providing high end quality administration support to our teams

**To achieve this, your key duties and major activities will include**:

- Providing exceptional customer service at the front office, providing all customers a warm welcome to the centre and assisting with all aspects.
- Completing front office and administration duties in accordance with the standard operating procedures
- Building rapport and developing ongoing customer relationships
- Overseeing the presentation of the reception area and customer lounge, including maintaining hot and cold beverage refreshments
- Processing the registration of motor vehicles
- Invoicing vehicles and following up vehicle payments

**What you need to succeed in the role**:

- Strong customer service skills and the demonstrated ability to manage enquiries in a professional manner.
- Intermediate demonstrated computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Office 365.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in a busy environment with the demonstrated ability to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking to fill this position on a part-time basis: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday.
