Therefore, we are on the hunt for a passionate, hardworking Food & Beverage Marketing Coordinator that can join our small but mighty team as we move the gears up a notch and get excited about what the year has to offer.

This is a great role for someone who has had _some_ experience working in marketing and even better if you have worked in Food & Beverage marketing.

**In this role you will**:

- Work directly with the operations team to drive awareness, footfall and revenue to Minor hotels restaurants, predominantly under the Oak & Vine brand.
- Be the main marketing support for our 19 Food and Beverage outlets across Australia and New Zealand.
- Create and implement local offers and promotions, to drive both in house guests and local residents into the venue
- Work with national partners such as CUB, Coke and Mc Cains to create and implement a yearly calendar of promotional activity.
- Get creative and ensure all outlets have the correct promotional material and support required.
- Implement tactical F&B campaigns across owned and bought media channels.
- Plan and deliver onsite activities in line with seasonal calendar events, such as Mother’s day, Easter ad Christmas.

**Qualifications**:
**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- A relevant degree or existing marketing experience
- Well-rounded marketing skills and understanding across all channels
- Experience in managing and delivering successful marketing campaigns that achieve strategic goals, ROI and revenue targets
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
- Attention to detail, with the ability to edit for grammar and style in line with current business copywriting standards
- Excellent time management with the versatility and adaptability to work simultaneously on a variety of projects
- A proactive, solutions-focused individual with strong communication and organisational skills
- Familiarity with current social media platforms and evolving trends
- A true team player with the confidence to take the lead and present to a wider group
