**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate resources, activities, and equipment to support project delivery
- Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives
- Support the preparation of project proposals, schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Track project progress and monitor issues, escalating when necessary
- Maintain accurate reporting and project documentation in line with PMO processes
- Update project management tools such as EPM Project Server and SharePoint
- Act as a central point of contact for the project team and stakeholders
- Monitor working hours, budgets, plans, and financials using project tools
- Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle

**Skills & Experience Required**
- 3-5 years of experience in project or PMO coordination and administration
- Experience supporting Project Managers in the delivery of complex or development-focused projects
- Familiarity with resource management, financial tracking, and project reporting systems
- Ability to liaise with stakeholders and understand project scope and objectives
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Excellent organisation and multi-tasking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative and team-oriented, yet comfortable working independently
- Highly adaptable with a demonstrated ability to manage changing priorities
- AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance (mandatory)
- Diploma of Project Management
- Exposure to project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK
- ITIL V3 Foundation certification
- Degree in IT or similar discipline
