**The venue**:
Located in the lower North shore, The Stoned Crow is a local bar and restaurant with a great selection of classic and signature pub meals, beers, cocktails and a weekly entertainment schedule. This is an excellent role for someone wanting a challenge and looking to take that next step towards running a venue in the near future.

**Yourself**:
You will need a strong focus on shift management and should have a strong understanding running the floor operations to be successful in this role as well as being a personable person to engage with our local demographic. A passion and eagerness for customer service with a strong drive to get the best out of the team, ensuring service runs well, high standards are adhered.

**Responsibilities/duties**:

- Ensuring the floor is ready for service and the team are well briefed and ready for the days service and events
- Bookings and functions are communicated to the team
- Strong understanding in wage control and staffing levels to suit the days trade
- Ability to motivate and drive culture in a great venue with a solid team.
- Good understanding of RSA and general compliance
- Continue building our loyal local audience through excellent customer service
- Cash handling and compliance

**Position requirements;**
- Available full time on a rotating roster
- Strong communication
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Positive outlook on change and hospitality
- A strong understanding of trends in entertainment and F+B offerings.

**Benefits**

Pay: $60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Supervisor: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

- Australia (required)
