Collection Officer

**Salary $70,000 Base per annum, plus superannuation (Pro Rata)**

We are searching for an energetic Collections Officer to join our team in Concord, NSW, for a period of 6 months.

**THE POSITION**
- Empowering customers through engaging negotiations to recover outstanding arrears
- Getting your problem-solving skills in action as you review accounts and determine the best course of action for both the client and the company.
- Keeping the account records accurate and compliant, making sure every relevant customer detail is obtained and updated
- Embraces change, maintains a positive mindset and proactive “can-do” attitude
- Thrives in high-pressure situations, adept at multitasking and maintaining an eye for detail
- Exhibits unwavering commitment to reliability, integrity, and ethical practices
- Able to meet agreed KPI's.
- Able to comply with all regulatory requirements.

**REQUREMENTS**
- Minimum 5+ years working experience
- Clear police record
- Positive disposition with good working attitude
- Meticulous, good team player and willing to learn
- Able to communicate confidently and with clarity, both oral and written
- Experience in MYOB and with good EXCEL skills
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
