About the role

The Role:
This is a great opportunity to join the Corporate Services team at ACON and assist:

- Front Of House in the provision of day-to-day operations, including client referrals, appointments, and bookings, to ensure the highest quality individual service provision to ACON clients, volunteers, and staff.
- People & Culture with the ACON volunteer base, providing administrative support in relation to on-boarding and profile maintenance, and other associated duties relating to volunteers, including recruiting, induction and training.

We are looking for someone who has:

- _An understanding of, and commitment to ACON’s communities, particularly people living with HIV/AIDS._
- _Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including conflict resolution._
- _Experience in the administration of volunteers and/or databases._
- _Experience and/or demonstrated capacity in reception and general office administration._
- _Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks successfully._
- _Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively as part of a team._
- _Demonstrated switchboard skills._

Location: ACON’s Sydney (Surry Hills) Office.

**Salary**: $68,802 to $72,404 pa (total remuneration package including superannuation and leave loading, based on working 4 days per week) - commensurate with skills, qualifications, and experience.

Hours: Permanent, Part-time, 4-Days a Week (_56 hours per fortnight_).

We offer a generous array of entitlements, often above the National Employment Standards (NES) including:

- Salary Packaging up to $30,000 gross up value (i.e., currently up to $15,899 tax free).
- Generous pro-rata leave entitlements - including up to an extra week of paid leave for our annual shutdown period.
- Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - access to a comprehensive counselling service free to employees.
