**Your new role**:
Are you customer service-focused with strong attention to detail and a commitment to excellence? Then join our dynamic team with the this newly created Weighbridge Operator postion at our Pinkenba yard.

You will be responsible for the operation of the weighbridge office. Liaising with customers & truck drivers, bulk shipping activities, answering calls & record keeping and creating transfers for intercompany transactions.

Whilst this position grows you will also be required to help out in the yard.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Timely and professional customer service
- Accurate record keeping in line with company requirements
- Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
- Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
- Demonstrate a high focus on safety
- Yard duties as required

**To be successful in this opportunity, you will have**:

- Proven customer service skills
- Excellent communication & numeracy skills
- Strong computer skills, specifically data entry, speed and accuracy
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Friendly telephone manner
- An organised approach, you will manage your time effectively
- Previous experience operating a weighbridge will be highly advantageous but is not essential
