**We have a great job available for a handy jack-of-all-trades including welding, mechanical assembly and more.**

We are seeking someone capable and interested in an all round hands on job that has basic welding and fabrication skills, and other tasks include as requested, including Sheet Metal Fabrication

**To be considered for this role you need to**:

- Be physically fit for manual handling tasks
- Be a highly motivated person who strives to get the most out of each day with ability to adapt to change of plans
- Have a ‘can do’ attitude to making the store and yourself highly successful
- Be dedicated, committed, disciplined with excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to reliably work at minimum 7.30am to 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work safely and adhere to safety procedures
- Ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol screen

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Previous experience in the Sheet Metal Industry
- Be able to weld Stainless Steel
- Take and read measurements
- Read Technical Drawings and carry out work without needing direction
- Take and read measurements

**Advantageous**:

- Basic welding, Fabricating experience
- Basic Mechanical know how

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: $26.73 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

Ability to commute/relocate:

- PAKENHAM, VIC 3810: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
