We are looking for General Hands and Warehouse staff to join our family-owned and run powder coating & sandblasting service in Pakenham, Melbourne.

**About the Job**:

- Treating steel products in preparation for powder coating.
- Racking products for powder coating.
- Assisting with abrasive blasting when necessary.
- Operating industrial ovens safely and efficiently.
- Interpreting and aligning to weekly and daily production schedules.
- Safely packing customer goods to a high standard.
- Safely loading customer goods to trucks, utes and vans.
- Diverse workload across automotive, architectural, construction industries.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- General labourer / warehouse / production line experience.
- Basic ability to use hand and power tools.
- High attention to detail and workmanship.
- Be physically fit.
- Friendly, well mannered and polite to customers.
- Immunisation accreditation.
- Forklift License (we can help you get a license)
- Truck License (not required but highly regarded).

Specialty Powdercoating & Sandblasting, located in Melbourne, is a premium commercial powder coating service producing high-quality finishes for the architectural and automotive industry. We are a fast-growing service backed with support from our parent company, Identity Furniture.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
