**Tasks and Qualifications**:
**The Role:
Currently we have an opportunity for a motivated and talented **Maintenance Technician with an Electrical background **to join the team. The position will be located at one of our major client sites that operates 24/7.
- **Located at Larapinta, QLD**
- **Night shift - (5.45 pm - 5.45 am)**
- **12 hour rotating shift pattern - **(4/5 ON and 4/5 OFF)**
- **Including weekdays and weekends**
- **Overtime offered from time to time
This role can provide a good work / life balance along with **excellent remuneration **with overtime and penalty rates offered.

It is a requirement for you to have the flexibility to **work 12 hour shifts (Night) **with the flexibility of Day shift if offered.

You will be servicing clients' equipment in accordance with project and service agreements, whilst also identifying opportunities for improvement in the manufacture or performance of systems and products. Adhering to and promoting safety standards and work is also a vital component of the role.

**What we are looking for:
- **Australian Electrical Trade qualification with Certificate III - Electrotechnology Electrician**
- **Must have an Australian Unrestricted Electrical Licence**
- Experience with electrical and pneumatic systems, computerised maintenance systems, and automation (conveyors, vertical cranes & sortation systems) is an advantage
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics
- Understanding of OH&S requirements
- PLC experience/exposure in Siemens S7 and SCADA, WIN CC an advantage, training can be provided
- Experience in computerised maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Excellent verbal, written and inter-personal communication skills
- Ability to develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with customers
