Your new employer is currently seeking for an Interior Designer who's ready to work in role where you'll have much ownership and independence whilst be given the support you'll need to succeed, plus to work on amazing and iconic Workplace/Commercial Projects. Never one projects are the same. You will bring with you some experience that will see you hitting the ground running. Be part of a creative team, designing fun spaces at the same time learn from associates and design directors who have a wealth of experience and skills. If you are seeking to bring your career to the next level, be mentored from concept to completion, project management, and running projects on site - I would like to hear from you.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Project experience in the workplace sector and a good understanding of latest work-styles and strategies
- Minimum experience 3+ years' post graduation up to 8 years for Senior and local knowledge is key
- Traditional / Modern design studio experience will be considered as it will be down to attitude, collaboration and instinct
- Mentor-ship both ways and training will be required
- Revit will be the drawing package of choice (We do not need you to be an expert, as long as you have some understanding, strong technical skills to be proven from your construction doc packages and willingness to learn)
- Leading the generation of concepts and pitching to clients working at the front end of projects in conjunction with the senior designers and associates
- Must have workplace commercial project experience or and have experience working with strategy teams in the translation to the physical space
- Must be a great people person and collaborator as you will be liaising between client relations, cost managers and project managers in-house daily
- Preferably, you will have large project experience if not mid sized is okay too
- You are inquisitive, adaptable and always keen to improve
- Experience in Endscape is a bonus
