**What you'll do**:

- Counsel international students to facilitate admission into Australian Universities, RTO's and Colleges, including course change (on-shore) and off-shore.
- Respond to the client within the Turnaround time and enter data into CRM in a timely manner
- Increase long-term retention of students by maintaining after-service engagement
- Content building for marketing posts and participating in other Promotional activities if required
- Maintain Inquiry notes, admission entry, offer letters, COE & Task list
- Meet monthly targets and maintain a good conversion ratio
- Maintaining good customer service, appraisal, and feedback from all inquiries during all stages of the process

**To be successful in this role one needs to be able to demonstrate**:

- Ideally one year of experience in the Overseas Education sector
- Maintain follow-up with the client and RTO until the final COE outcome
- Energetic and creative with a ‘can-do’ attitude towards achieving organizational goals
- Extensive knowledge of the Australian international education sector
- Ability to convert leads & motivation to meet individual targets in a timely manner
- Good communication skills and ability to pay high attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal skills in relation to the team as well as external stakeholders

**Salary**: $61,483.84 - $112,439.09 per year

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Canberra ACT: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Counselling: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
