**About St Michael's Collegiate Pool**

Forming part of the St Michael's Collegiate Anglican day and boarding school for girls, the Collegiate Pool is a 25m, six-lane, heated indoor pool located on the corner of Molle & Davey Street in the city of Hobart, Tasmania.

The Collegiate Pool is open to the public and offers a safe, clean and friendly environment to swim. The Pool is open seven day's per week offering:

- Learn to Swim
- Lap Swimming
- Fitness
- Squad training options

Our professional teachers provide quality service and are passionate about assisting individual's to improve their health, fitness and life skills.

**Essential Criteria**

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Austswim and /or ASCTA (training can be provided)
- Pool Lifeguard / First Aid
- Valid Tasmanian Registration to Work with Vulnerable Persons (RWVP)
- current criminal history check (dated within 3 months of issue)
- Administration/ customer service experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate experience in working with all ages
- Demonstrate work in a team environment
- Experience in the Aquatic Industry
- Experience in customer service and administration

**Conditions of Employment**

Our organisation undertakes several screening processes to ensure the appropriate protection of children in its care. This includes reference checks, qualification checks and professional registration checks.

It is conditional of employment that the successful applicant:

- Hold a current Tasmanian Working With Vulnerable Persons check (RWVP)
- Gain a satisfactory National Police clearance (within 3 months of issue)
- Be authorised to work in Australia
- Be prepared to undertake mandatory child safety training
