Marketing Specialist

Busch Vacuum Solutions, a leading provider of vacuum technology solutions, is seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support sales initiatives. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of marketing principles and a passion for driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop insights that inform marketing strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Collaborate with the creative team to create compelling brand assets including logos, graphics, and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns, optimizing strategies to maximize ROI and engagement.
- Create engaging content including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies that showcase Busch Vacuum Solutions' expertise and value proposition.
- Plan and coordinate participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Develop pre-event marketing campaigns to drive attendance and post-event follow-up strategies to nurture leads.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads for the sales team.
- Implement strategies for lead capture, nurturing, and conversion through marketing automation tools.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales enablement materials including presentations, product sheets, and case studies.
- Provide support for sales initiatives including promotional campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Track key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance and ROI to stakeholders.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including CRM systems, Google Analytics, and marketing automation software.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Pay: $57,579.17 - $102,471.59 per year
