**About the Opportunity**

As a Community Care Manager, your primary responsibility will be to lead your team in achieving operational and customer outcomes that align with ECH's purpose, values, behaviours, and strategic objectives.

**About You**
- You will provide guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure your team has the necessary resources and training for high-quality care.
- You will collaborate with peers to deliver services according to ECH guidelines and standards.
- You will monitor and assess client care to ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
- You will manage recruitment & retention, hiring skilled individuals and promote staff engagement.
- You will oversee new staff induction processes and collaborate to keep them up to date.
- You will investigate incidents, hazards, and feedback promptly, to take appropriate actions.
- You will actively participate in ECH's quality improvement processes and stay updated on industry trends.
- You will lead community care team in defining business targets aligned with ECH's goals.
- You will participate in on-call duties, audits, and quality spot checks as needed.
