**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Creative operations**: work with Director, Brand Marketing to determine our approach to creative operations to deliver best-in-class design work such as briefing, response times, and feedback process
- ** Creative production**: conceptualise and produce high-quality brand and digital design assets (static, video and responsive where appropriate) for Carma’s marketing channels such as digital display, eDM’s, out-of-home, sponsorships and social media channels
- ** Creative management**: manage creative assets, the creative slate of work and stakeholder expectations of deadlines and delivery dates
- ** Brand and visual identity**: develop and continually evolve a best-in-class brand identity and visual design language for Carma, in collaboration with our brand agency, and in line with our brand strategy
- ** Test and learn culture**: develop internal capability to test creative with customer groups and work with our Digital Marketing team to test our creative and messaging

**About You**:

- Minimum 5 years experience working as a designer
- Collaborative work ethic, comfortable seeking feedback to improve your work and take your designs further
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your passion for designing on-trend, relevant, and compelling designs
- Proficient in Figma or Adobe Suite or other transferable digital design software
- Excellent understanding of foundational visual design principles, demonstrated by your portfolio
- Ability across a range of brand and digital channels
- Working knowledge of HTML & CSS (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong project management skills & ability to meet deadlines and offer suggestions to streamline and improve team processes
- Skills in illustration or motion design will be highly regarded, but not required
- Able to rapidly ideate and sketch concepts with proficient hand-drawing skills (preferred)
- Degree in Graphic design or a relevant field

This is a full-time position based in our HQ in Alexandria, Sydney, with the flexibility to work from home 2/3 days per week.
