**About the role**:
Next Gen are looking for motivated Reformer Pilates - Group Fitness Instructors to work in our premium Reformer Studio.

**You will be responsible for**:

- Ensuring the Group Exercise Program complies with Brand Standards (Fitness Australia certification/qualifications for Australian Clubs);
- Supporting the Clubs initiatives in member satisfaction and member count growth by making sure the Group Exercise Program matches the needs of our members in terms of class offering, instructor quality and class delivery consistency;
- Assisting in providing a safe environment for Club and team members;
- Developing instructor relationships that create networking abilities for succession planning; and
- Ensuring your team of instructors has the knowledge, experience and understanding of the products and services that Next Gen has on offer.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:

- A minimum of two years experience
- A positive outlook and passionate about the health and fitness industry
- An understanding of current offerings and levels for Reformer Pilates
- Current Senior First Aid qualifications
- Working with Children Check
- The ability to resolve minor problems with participants
