**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Design and edit engaging photos, graphics, short-form videos, and reels.
- Write compelling captions, post copy, and hashtags aligned with brand voice.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content using tools like Hootsuite, Later, or Buffer.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry news for inspiration and relevance.
- Engage with the audience: respond to comments, DMs, and participate in conversations.
- Analyze content performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize future posts.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging across channels.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience creating content for social media (portfolio or samples required).
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Skilled in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar.
- Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for branding, design, and digital culture.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with paid ads, influencer collaboration, or community growth strategies.
- Basic photography/videography and editing skills.

**Job Types**: Subcontract, Casual, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
