**About the Role**:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Training and Assessment Teacher to join our Human Services and Education team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and compliant vocational education across diverse learning environments, supporting students through the full learning lifecycle.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements
- Support student engagement, attendance, and outcomes
- Maintain teaching and compliance documentation
- Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development
- Provide pastoral and academic support to students
- Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and resources

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- VET teaching experience, preferably in training and assessment
- Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements
- Strong interpersonal, planning, and student management skills
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt teaching strategies

**Additional Requirements**:

- A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- A National Police Check
