**Manager International Logistics | 6 month FTC | Truganina**

We’re looking for a **strategic, analytical, and people-savvy** leader to drive our **Inbound Logistics and Offshore Fulfillment** operations. From managing international freight contracts to optimizing inventory flow into domestic distribution centres—you’ll be at the heart of a high-impact, fast-moving operation.

**What You’ll Own**
- End-to-end management of international freight and fulfilment operations, ensuring contracted services are effectively managed to optimize both serviceability and costs.
- Overseeing weekly shipment planning to maximize contract efficiency and minimize the use of expensive freight options, evaluating global freight trends to recommend improvements, and aligning freight strategies with broader sourcing objectives.
- Lead capacity management for offshore facilities to guarantee timely fulfilment of orders, with a strong focus on achieving on-time delivery and meeting budget targets.
- Serve as the primary business owner for core service provider partnerships (e.g., freight forwarding), ensuring contractual compliance and driving performance excellence
- Facilitate regular performance and strategic business reviews with key partners to ensure alignment, address challenges, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.
- Create visibility throughout the logistics value stream to improve decision making and customer interactions

**What You Bring**
- ** 5+ years’ experience** in a **Supply Chain Management** role.
- Strong **analytical mindset** and **IT skills**—able to turn data into action.
- ** Intermediate to advanced Excel** skills—pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, dashboards? No problem.
- Exceptional **strategic thinking** with a bias for **execution**.
- Proven ability to **influence** direct and indirect teams across functions.
- Comfortable **negotiating**, resolving conflict, and securing the best outcomes.
- A **credible communicator** across levels, cultures, and geographies.
