We are looking for a **Practice Manager - 35 hours a week (6 months Maternity Cover)**who has strong communication and team building skills, previous management experience is desirable.

We are looking for someone to start the training process in October, 3 days per week, and full time by the end of November 2025 for 6 months.

**The responsibilities of this position will include**:

- Guiding and developing the clinical and technical team, building a positive team culture.
- Taking initiative to enhance clinic operations, efficiency, and client retention.
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations: scheduling, inventory, facility maintenance.
- Monitor and manage clinic financial performance, including invoicing and accounts receivable, experience with MYOB desirable.

We are looking for a person who is professional and passionate about patient care, maintaining clinical standards and driving improvement.
- Demonstrate competency in word processing, excel, power point, and outlook.
- Effective interpersonal and customer service skills
- Proven ability to handle conflict situations in a calm and impartial manner.
- Demonstrate initiative and good organisational skills, ability to set priorities, work under pressure.
- Experience in an administrative role.
- Understanding patient rights and confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently, and as part of team.
- Good working knowledge of client funding support programs (including the NDIS)
- Running the patient calendar, scheduling multiple clinics.
- Ability to work closely with public hospitals, private hospitals and private clinics
- Organising confidential patient files
