The newly created role of Organisational Development & Performance Lead encompasses overseeing Goodstart's performance and development frameworks, processes, and systems with the aim of cultivating Goodstart's culture, fostering employee engagement, and facilitating sustained growth. This position involves managing various aspects, including the Goodstart performance and development review cycle, performance management, reward and recognition initiatives, role mapping, talent management, and succession planning.

The Organisational Development & Performance Lead will work closely with the Chief People & Culture Officer to lead the design of tailored organisational performance and development initiatives that ensure the organisation has the culture and capability to meet its strategic and operational objectives.

**Your Impact**:
Partner with the business to drive a high performance, high engagement and high purpose culture utilising various data sources to inform and monitor action planning across the business.
Lead the design and implementation of the organisation’s performance and development frameworks, processes, and systems and ensure integration across systems where possible.
Develop and implement the organisation’s performance and development (review) cycle, building and leveraging processes, systems and data to drive a culture of high performance and high engagement and inform talent management, and enable succession planning.
Research and analyse emerging sector and internal workforce trends and recommend actions to drive increased performance, engagement and capability across Goodstart.
Work with the Senior Leadership Team and the network to develop and/or source, implement and embed targeted capability solutions such as leadership programs, professional development, e-learning, talent management and succession planning.
Analyse organisational data and insights to identify capability gaps and themes and inform professional learning and development programs.
Develop and manage relationships within the organisation and with sector agencies and professional/ industry associations to ensure Goodstart is adopting best practice in human resource management and contextually relevant approaches to organisational performance and development.
Contribute to the development of various organisational strategic plans such as the Workforce Strategy, Goodstart Strategic Initiatives.
Lead and participate in cross-functional projects, initiatives and stakeholder consultations to further enhance collaboration, as well as assist in the preparation of Board, project and other team meetings.

**You’ll bring to the table**:
Hold a formal qualification/certification and/or experience in an organisational development, business or human resources.
Have the ability to forge productive partnerships with senior stakeholders and work collaboratively.
Demonstrated high level strategic planning and written and interpersonal communication skills.
Have previous broad generalist experience across all elements of the employee lifecycle with engagement at all levels across the business, including at the Executive level.
Possess strong business acumen, using your understanding to connect people strategy to the achievement of business outcomes.
