As a Casual/Part-Time Employee, you will be ensuring customers enjoy a fantastic takeaway experience. Your role will involve pizza preparation, and general shop maintenance. You’ll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team that values quality, efficiency, and fun

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, answering questions about the menu and taking orders over the phone or in-person.
- **Pizza Preparation**: Assist in preparing pizzas, including topping, making, and packing orders in a timely manner to ensure quality and freshness.
- **Order Fulfillment**: Ensure all orders are completed correctly and promptly, from the kitchen to the customer.
- **Cleanliness and Maintenance**: Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including regular cleaning of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and customer-facing areas.
- **Stock Management**: Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies as needed, ensuring everything is ready for busy shifts.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff to ensure smooth and efficient service during peak hours.

**Skills & Experience**:

- No prior experience in a pizza shop required, but experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a bonus.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to work well with a team.
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure during busy periods.
- Basic food handling knowledge (training will be provided).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
