IGA Mosman Fresh is seeking to employ a full-time Barista/All-rounder

We are seeking someone who has a real passion for food & coffee, is customer service orientated & thrives on ensuring that high standards are met.

The position would require the suitable applicant to work 5 consecutive days per week

Our Café focuses on takeaway trade and is open 6am-3pm.

We use locally roasted Rubra Coffee, a Dalla Corte Evo2 3 group espresso machine and an auto grinder.

We want someone with personality who can continue to build upon our loyal customer following.

You will be responsible for opening and closing, cash handling, store presentation and maintenance of the espresso machine and grinder.
- Have experience in a high volume café
- Be able to liaise with suppliers and place orders
- Be able to multi-task between coffee and register service and assist deli with food prep
- Be well-organised and clean
- Be independent or a team player as the role requires
- Have an outgoing and friendly personality
- Have a high food safety hygiene standard

The successful applicant may be required to work one day on a weekend & some public holidays.

6 months prior experience in a cafe environment is essential.

**Salary**: $22.52 - $30.00 per hour
