**About the Role**

We are currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team

**Key Duties will include**:

- Reviewing, reconciling and verifying payments, expenditures, including invoicing, and purchase orders in a timely manner.
- Entering invoices to ERP system (Pronto) in a timely manner, verifying successful delivery of goods.
- Enter monthly repayments of credit cards to ERP system.
- Liaise with suppliers and officers who raise purchase orders.
- Set up of supplier sub ledgers, and auditing supplier details.
- Petty cash reconciliation.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant accounting or bookkeeping qualification;
- Previous experience in an Accounts Payable function;
- Proficient use of MS Office (particularly Word, Outlook and Excel);
- Prior experience using Xero/MYOB.

Any previous experience with the following will be highly regarded but is not essential:

- ERP systems (Pronto).
- Previous accounts experience within the building and construction industry;
- Any understanding of Building contracts.
