Wordpress and Ecommerce Assistant

**About Us**:
**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a WordPress Assistant with experience in WooCommerce to complete a specific project involving the pricing and uploading of 25 products to a WordPress WooCommerce website. Additionally, the role requires creating physical product labels or stickers to price each item.

This project is an entry point for additional WordPress development and eCommerce support work on our websites as needed on a Freelance/Subcontract basis.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Upload & Configuration**:

- Accurately price and upload 25 products to the WooCommerce platform.
- Ensure proper formatting of product descriptions, pricing, images, categories, and tags.
- **Label or Sticker Creation**:

- Write or print labels/stickers to price each product.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Ensure products are uploaded with correct information, including SKU, weight, dimensions, and stock levels (if applicable).
- Double-check pricing consistency across the website and product labels.
- **Communication**:

- Provide progress updates and notify of any issues that arise during the project.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working with WordPress and WooCommerce.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with eCommerce best practices, including product formatting and SEO optimization.
- Basic knowledge of image editing software to prepare product images.
- Ability to manage time effectively to complete the project within 6-8 hours (approximately 15-20 minutes per product).
- Capacity to complete the work by Thursday 30th of January 2025.
