**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an experienced Finance Systems Analyst to join our Financial Performance and Analytics (FP&A) team based in Brisbane. This opportunity is an open term, full time opportunity, and newly created role within the team reporting through to the Finance Manager, Fee Billing and Data Modelling.

The successful applicant will be flexible, have a desire to be part of a dynamic environment, can develop solid relationships and work collaboratively with senior stakeholders.

Key accountabilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Resolving incidents, technical problems and service requests within established SLAs while supporting business critical solutions implemented in Oracle Cloud.
- Resolve day to day business process issues, manage performance improvement fixes with the vendor and provide permanent resolutions to recurring issues, in collaboration with the vendor.
- Support system integration, user acceptance & regression testing for production changes and follow laid out release management process.
- Provide workaround solutions to the business community while resolving major technical problems and maintain business continuity.

**About You**:
You have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain strong relationships both internally and externally. You have a real passion for learning and continuous improvement within a team environment.

You will also present with:

- Extensive experience working with Oracle Cloud (either in a support capacity or as a consultant on implementations).
- Experience in Webservice based interfaces, SQL, PL/SQL Development, BI Publisher reports, VBCS, OACS.
- Demonstrated experience in a commercial environment working with financial models or focussing on Business Analysis.
- Experience in complex Excel modelling.
- Experience in the extraction, analysis and reporting of business information.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a solution orientated mindset.
- Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
- The ability to draw on available resources to quickly grasp and understand new concepts and translate them into opportunities for operational improvements.
