Are you passionate about babywearing and providing exceptional customer service? Portier Australia is seeking a part-time Customer Service Professional to join our growing team. In addition to customer support, this role will involve packing orders and ensuring our customers receive their products with care.

**Role Details**:

- **Position**: Part-Time Customer Service Professional (with order packing responsibilities)
- **Hours**: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (approximately 10 hours per week)
- **Location**: Port Melbourne, Victoria

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Processing and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing product information and assistance to customers

**Desired Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service and order fulfilment preferred
- Passion for babywearing and knowledge of baby carrier products (a bonus)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team

Expected hours: 8 - 10 per week

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (required)
