As Waiting Staff, you will play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our valued guests. Your friendly and engaging demeanor will ensure that each customer receives attentive and personalized service from the moment they step through our doors. You will have the opportunity to work alongside a dynamic and supportive team, contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
1\. Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
2\. Present menus and provide detailed information about the dishes and beverages.
3\. Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
4\. Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
5\. Ensure tables are set with clean silverware, glasses before guests are seated.
6\. Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas.
7\. Anticipate guests' needs and provide exceptional attention to detail.
8\. Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues, ensuring their satisfaction.
9\. Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and efficient work environment.
10\. Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for guests and colleagues.
**Requirements**:
\- A friendly and outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
\- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
\- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
\- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required.
\- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
