**Administration Team Member (Business Lending Operations)**
- Permanent full-time position
- Based in ParramattaFull time, paid training + hybrid options after six months

**How will I help?**

As a part of our Business Lending Operations team, you will provide operational and administrative assistance to both internal and external customers, ensuring a smooth process for our customers banking needs. In your new role, you will navigate multiple systems to promptly and efficiently action customer requests. On any day, you could be setting up new loans for customers, resolving customer issues and managing team inboxes.

You will be given six weeks of paid training to help you succeed in your new role. During the first six months in this role, you will be based onsite at our Parramatta office, Monday-Friday during business hours.
