**The Opportunity**

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Coordinate the end to end Weekly and Monthly payroll process for Theme Parks, Group Office, and Australian and US based Directors, including processing of back pays and adjustments where required
- Collect, calculate, and enter data to maintain and update payroll information, including employee records, timesheets and other associated information in an accurate and timely manner and in accordance with relevant industrial instruments
- Ensure PAYG, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, Child Support, Union and other relevant contributions are calculated and paid on time
- Provide sample documentation and work closely with External Auditors

**About you**
You will have a minimum of 4 years experience working in a complex payroll environment, ideally within tourism, hospitality or similar fast paced setting with the ability to process pay runs of varying volume and complexity. Ideally, you will also have experience with Preceda (payroll system) and Tanda (time & attendance system).

You will have high level of computer literacy with experience in Microsoft Excel and have exceptional written and oral communication skills with the ability to support a wide range of stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure in an environment with competing demands and multiple objectives are a must.
