Data Analyst required for an initial 5 month contract with 2 X 12-month contract extensions

**Your new company**

You will be working for a mid-sized Federal Government Department.

**Your new role**

As the Data Analyst, you will be utilising Power BI and SQL to extract insights from a range of data sources. You will be analysing the extracted data to communicate the findings to varied stakeholders.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated experience analysing and producing findings to allow business users to understand the data.
- Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Curation of data extracted from a SQL database
- The ability to communicate data through written briefings and communicate findings from analytics.
- Ability to use SQL to Extract Data from a SQL Data base
- Experience in using Power BI to present complex data in simple ways.
- You must be an Australian citizen and will possess or be willing to go through the process to obtain and maintain a Baseline level personnel security clearance.
