- Position Description**About the role**

**Responsibilities**
- Support clients to achieve their identified goals.
- Delivery of outreach support to clients in community.
- Build and maintain referral relationships with other stakeholder organisations who can additionally assist our clients.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Social Work, Community Development, Community Services, Criminology, Law, Psychology, Counselling or equivalent. Applicants may be members of a variety of relevant professional accreditation bodies including but not limited to AASW, PACFA, ACA
- Demonstrated case management experience and skill in the provision of assessments with marginalised people with complex needs.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience of working with clients that are or have experienced criminalisation.
