**About the Role..**.

Due to continuous growth and the introduction of exclusive new outdoor brands, we have a need for an assistant interior design / sales Consultant for our Norwood parade store. The role would be ideal for a student enrolled in Interior design or interior architecture course.

This is a Casual role for approx. 10- 15 hours per week including weekend work and more available at peak sales periods.

The role is predominantly to assist the current sales consultants but will involve some direct selling and interior design, custom design and solution sales to commercial and residential clients.

**About You...**

To be successful in this role you will display the following skills and attributes:
Were looking for an outgoing customer focused person who is passionate about interior design & decoration. We want some one who is going to bring their personality to the role.
- Sales experience is preferred but not Essential
- Demonstrate a flair for design, style and colour
- Has a commitment to excellence in customer service.
- Has excellent client focused communication skills
- Is a good communicator and self motivated to give clients a quality sales experience.
- Demonstrates drive, passion and commitment and a can do attitude
- Availability for Saturday roster is essential
- Display an understanding of furniture design and construction in order to sell custom make variations is an advantage
- Displays an outgoing nature, confidence in selling to our quality conscious clients.
