Are you passionate about Japanese cuisine? Join our team at our authentic Japanese restaurant in Gosford We’re looking for a dedicated, full-time Sushi Hand Roll Assistant/Kitchen Hand to support our kitchen operations.

Position Details:

- Location: Gosford, NSW
- Hours: Full-time (38-40+ hours per week)
- Availability: Immediate start

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the preparation of sushi hand rolls and other Japanese dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Support the chef with ingredient preparation, including cutting, slicing, and organizing ingredients
- Ensure all food preparation meets our quality and hygiene standards

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for food preparation
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
