Citywide are recruiting for experienced **Drainage Team Members** for our **City of Melbourne Civil** **Infrastructure** team.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Operate and maintain vehicles and equipment such as rollers, hand tools, vibrating plates, jack hammers, pavers, forklift, bob-cat, back hoe, eductor etc.
- Undertake drainage asset inspections including visual, camera and CCTV
- Inspect and manually clean drainage pits
- Undertake pit repairs, including lid/surround replacements and minor pit repairs
- Undertake drainage repairs and upgrades
- Operate combo jet truck (Eductor) to clear drainage assets
- Ensure drainage issues are resolved vis effective investigation, cleaning or maintenance. Escalate to management where necessary
- Provide effective pedestrian and traffic control
- Complete daily works sheets and enter in to system
- Be available to be on-call and respond after hours if required or rostered
- Ensure highest standard of safety are applied
- Other duties as required within the scope of the role

**Skill/Qualifications required**:

- HR/MR Licence
- Experience with operation of Eductor (Desirable)
- Plumbing/Storm Water/Drainage experience
- Electrical Spotters
- Confined space entry
- Traffic Management
- First Aid Certificate
