Bayswater, Australia King Somm Full time

King Somm in Bayswater is looking for a kitchen hand to join our small dedicated kitchen team for Friday and Saturday evenings.

Hours per week will usually range between 8-10 hours, finishing before 10pm. Extra shifts available to assist with functions, public holidays, events and covering leave. Pay is standard Hospitality Award Rates with relevant penalty rates.

Would suit students or anyone relying on public transport. Opportunities exist for further training for anyone seeking a career in commercial cookery.

**Responsibilities include**;
- Preparing salads and small plates during service
- Operating deep fryer
- Garnishing and slicing pizzas
- Assisting with kitchen prep
- Washing Dishes
- Pack down and general cleaning
- Following Food Safety, Hygiene, OH&S guidelines and policies

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.13 - $43.72 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:

- Penalty rates
